The RTO Legacy Foundation
The Retired Teachers Legacy Foundation in Nova Scotia is an organization established by the Retired Teachers Organization (RTO) of Nova Scotia. Its purpose is to honor the legacy and contributions of retired teachers by supporting projects and initiatives that benefit the well-being of Nova Scotia children and youth.

The foundation funds various charitable programs and grants that align with its mission to make a positive difference in the lives of these groups, ensuring that retired educators continue to have an impact on education and community well-being even in retirement.

Each year the RTO provides grants to qualifying organizations that offer services or benefits that assist Nova Scotia Youth under the age of 21 years.
Donations
Legacy Foundation Grants are funded by the donations and contributions made in the name of passed retired teachers. To honour the life and work of a Nova Scotia Teacher please donate now.
