•Pre-registration for the AGM is required by April 22, 2026.
•On the day of the AGM the Registration Desk located in the upstairs hallway will open at 8:30am for pickup of documents.

RTO AGM Dinner: Tuesday, May 26th, 2026, at 6:30pm

Location: Courtyard Marriot (Dartmouth Crossing).

We hope our members will attend the AGM to help celebrate the last year, and our outgoing Executive members.

Dinner tickets in your name (and guests) will be held and given to you prior to the dinner.

RTO ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

I will be attending the AGM Business Meeting at the NSTU Building on Wednesday, May 27th at 9:30 am.

A registration desk will be set up at 8:30 am to distribute voting cards. AGM material will be sent electronically a week before the meeting and hard copies will be available at the registration desk.

Registration and Dinner(s) payment(s) must be received prior to April 22nd.
